Commitment
It is important to point out that this is not a recreational club. Each player, along with their parents support, must be prepared to commit to the team they are selected. The Portsmouth Pirates is a competitive soccer club that competes in the RI Superliga both fall and spring. It is also highly likely that each team will compete in one or two indoor sessions during the Winter (Nov - March). All players will be expected to attend practice and games.

Tournaments
During the Fall, the Club has a tradition of attending the Natick Soccer Columbus Day Tournament and Barrington Invitational in early November. During the spring the Club also attends the Danvers Invitational (Memorial Day week-end) and our very own Portsmouth Invitational (Fathers Day week-end).

All players will be expected to attend practice and games. If a player is not adhering to this commitment the head coach will be able to remove this player from the roster.
