Cross Sakonnet River Bridge into Portsmouth
Take third exit
Bear right at the bottom of the ramp onto Turnpike Ave (also Bristol Ferry Rd)
At BankNewport/CVS light bear right onto Rt# 138 South (East Main Rd)
Pass Portsmouth Police & Fire Stations on right
Pass St. Barnabas Church on left
Pass Rhode Island State Police Barracks on right
1/4 mile past the State Police Barracks, take left into Gardner Seveney
From East Bay
Rt# 136 South/ Rt# 114 South
Cross Mount Hope Bridge
Bear right at bottom of bridge onto Bristol Ferry Rd.( Becomes Turnpike Avenue)
Continue straight, pass the Portsmouth High School on the left
At BankNewport/CVS light bear right onto Rt# 138 South (East Main Rd)
Pass Portsmouth Police & Fire Stations on right
Pass St. Barnabas Church on left
Pass Rhode Island State Police Barracks on right
1/4 mile past the State Police Barracks, take left into Gardner Seveney
From the South & South West (Southern Rhode Island)
Go over the Jamestown & Pell (Newport) Bridges
Follow signs for Rt# 138 north
Continue on Rt# 138 north, also becomes East Main Rd.
Pass Christmas Tree Shop, Shaws and BJs on the right
Pass through Bank of America & Dunkin Donuts traffic light.
Travel 2.7 miles passing through and past the Sandy Point Lane traffic light.
Take right into Gardner Seveney Sports Complex

Continue on highway to the end when it turns into Rt# 114
Merge with local traffic and continue on Rt# 114 South
At 4th traffic light turn left onto Union Street
Turn at first right, Jepson Lane and continue
Portsmouth Middle School is on the right
From East Bay
Rt# 136 South/ Rt# 114 South
Cross Mount Hope Bridge
Bear right at bottom of bridge onto Bristol Ferry Rd.
Pass the Portsmouth Senior Center (on right) and at the traffic light turn right onto Rt# 114 South (West Main Rd)
Continue straight, Rt #24 traffic will merge in from left
At 4th traffic light turn left onto Union Street
Turn at first right, Jepson Lane and continue
Portsmouth Middle School is on the right
From the South & South West (Southern Rhode Island)
Go over the Jamestown & Pell (Newport) Bridges
At the end of the exit go right to the roundabout and exit first right on Coddington Hwy with the shopping center on the right
Follow past entrances to the Navy Base on left until you come to the intersection of Rt# 114 (West Main Rd)
Turn left at the light onto Rt# 114 North
Stay on Rt# 114 North through Middletown and into Portsmouth (6 traffic lights)
Pass Simmons Farm on left and Prescott Farm on right
At the next light take a right onto Union Street
Turn at first right, Jepson Lane and continue
Portsmouth Middle School is on the right
